In order to make the Sacred Self Retreat as Supportive as possible, please fill out the following questionnaire:

Question 1:
Do you have any food intolerances or preferences? Are there foods you would strongly prefer not to be served? Don’t be shy! We want you to feel nourished by the food so don’t hold back!

Question 2:
You have two group options for Sunday morning. Please indicate your preference (staying home at the retreat space is absolutely an option as well!) Note that there will be an outing on Saturday to the Cherry Creek Shopping District.

Garden of the Gods

Garden of the Gods is home to a plethora of geological and ecological rarities that make the park a prime site for nature lovers. People come from around the world to witness its beauty. You can check it out here - GGVNC Home.

You can drive through the park stopping at the visitor center or take a stroll through the beautiful scenery. Many of the trails are flat and of short duration. People of all fitness levels can enjoy the park.

You will arrive there by shared Uber ride.

Central Park 5k

This would be a great time to give yourself a little motivation for your walking, jogging or running goals. This 5k (3.1 miles) event is held in the historic Central Park area of Denver. Those choosing this option will challenge themselves at whatever level they are at to get to the finish line. Those who pick this option will receive a training plan to reach their goal. The training plan will be prepared personally for them by Lori Montry. She will reach out to all those choosing this option. Lori also plans to participate in the race herself.

How fun to participate and cheer each other on in our physical goals. Let’s get training now! Here’s your link to sign up for the race. Central Park 5k. Central Park 5k

Please indicate if you are interested in participating in either Garden of the Gods (via shared Uber) or the Central Park 5k. If you’re interested in the Central Park 5k, please sign up at the link above. You are also welcome to have quiet time at the retreat home or venture off on your own for the morning.

Question 3:
All of our yoga practices are gentle and can be modified for any body. Are you able to sit on the floor for short periods of time? What other accommodations would you like to ensure?
